APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE BOWL
A delicious filling smoothie bowl for breakfast anyone?
1/4 cucumber
1 apple
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup almond yoghurt
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
2 tbsp collagen powder
Add all to a blender and blend blend blend
Top with various seeds
NB. Obviously if you want to try this and are vegan omit the collagen powder.
