What better than raw cacao as a pick me up in the morning? I mean who doesn’t like a bit of chocolate no matter what time of the day it is?

This pear and chocolate smoothie is perfect for pre workout energy or just as a nice energizer before the craziness of your day sets in.

PEAR AND RAW CACAO SMOOTHIE

2 small ripe pears 3 large handfuls of spinach 1/4 cucumber 1tbsp raw cacao 1-2tsp Maca 2 cardamom pods - the seeds of 150ml cold water 1. Blend blend blend and enjoy!
