Short of time before your morning workout but still need some energy? Then this is perfect!

CINNAMON CARAMEL DRINK

1 cup Coconut water

1-2tsp Maca

1/4tsp Cinnamon

1. Add all ingredients to a glass jar and shake shake shake.

2. Voila pre-wokout fuel, so simple and so tasty!
